ABOUT US

SCHD Ltd was set up by Simon Hurst in 2001. Having trained at the Prince of Wales' Institute of Architecture he then won a scholarship with the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings, learning the craft of historic building conservation. In 2007 Simon became a Brother of the Art Workers' Guild; he is also a Patron of Sir John Soane's Museum. Apart from his own projects he also provides the service of Historic Buildings Consultant to Upchurch Associates.
