Sir John Soane's Museum
Simon Hurst first became fascinated by Sir John Soane's work when
asked to detail a reconstruction of a lost interior at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge. Details were faithfully reproduced from research at Soane's museum including photographs and sketches. In 1998 research was also carried out into Soane's work at 10 and 11 Downing Street and the Privy Council Building adjacent as part of his MA. Simon was consulted and provided details for refurbishment of a grade I listed Soane House. He is also a Patron of Sir John Soane's Museum.
